Chloe Chen opened her first boutique in Taiwan in 2000. Originally, the concept was to develop a store for people who wanted unique products that complemented their own style, rather than trend-led items that lasted for only a season. 

Chloe roamed the world in search of the perfect pieces, which combined her love of modern design and vintage style.  Yet one area she felt was lacking was shoes. The solution? She decided to design her own collection. The shoes are all made by materials sourced from Italy and France and are handmade in a shoe factory over 100 years old. Like the clothes in her boutiques, Chloe Chen shoes are feminine and timeless, designed for today's cosmopolitan & sassy women.
