DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We are glad to offer FREE delivery for all orders to Mainland China. We also deliver to the following destinations for an additional charge:

For orders placed before 3pm, we will aim to ship on the same day. For orders placed after 3pm, we will ship on the following day. Please note, delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from when we despatch your order. Once an order is despatched, we are unable to amend or redirect your order.

All orders will require a signature on receipt.

Our courier partner is Shunfeng. You can reach them on 4008 111 111 or log on to their website to find out more about their services.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer you a full refund within 7 days from you receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

1.) Products must not be worn (except for trying on), altered, or washed

2.) Products must be in a resaleable condition and have all tags attached and in original packaging if applicable (such as for shoes)

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for certain items such as jewelry or sales items. However, we are happy to offer an exchange.

Please note that we can ONLY accept damaged returns if the customer has NOT signed for the goods. Customers are therefore asked to inspect all products carefully upon delivery.

To return merchandise, please follow these instructions:

1.) Log in to XINLELU.COM and request a return or exchange in “Orders”. If you would like an exchange, please state the new size or color you would like.

2.) Book a free collection with Shunfeng by calling 4008 111 111, specifying the recipient party (i.e XINLELU.COM) to pay. Please note we are unable to compensate delivery charges if you book a collection with any other third party courier.

Once we have received the product, we will issue your refund (minus RMB 20 for handling charges) in the original method of payment within 30 days.

Alternatively, you can return the product directly to our Showroom in Shanghai within 7 days, located at:

SIZING

Different brands can offer different fits. We therefore advise you to study the sizing chart for each style and compare it to your body measurements before placing your order. We measure our products using the following guidelines:

Clothing Sizing:

1: Bust - The circumference around the fullest part of the bust

2: Waist - The circumference around the slimmest part of torso at the waistline

3: Hip - The circumference of the widest part of the outfit at the top of the legs. This is approximately 21cm below the waistline

4: Length - For tops and dresses, the longest distance from the neckline seam to the hem. For skirts, the longest distance from the waistline to the hem

5: Sleeve - The distance from the shoulder tip to the cuff

6: Shoulder - The widest distance at the shoulder, measured from shoulder tip to shoulder tip

7: Inside Leg - The distance from the top of the inside leg (at the crotch) to the ankle hem

9: Rise - The distance from the top of the waistband to the crotch

Bag Sizing:

1: Height

2: Width

3: Depth

4: Strap length

Jewelry Sizing:

We measure the full inner circumference of necklaces, rings and bracelets and the vertical length of earrings.

Shoe Sizing:

We use Italian Sizes unless otherwise stated.

Hat Sizing:

We measure the full inner circumference of hats.

PAYMENT METHODS & SECURITY

We use Alipay for our payment platform and are able to accept all major Chinese debit cards and credit cards as well as payments made via Alipay accounts. We also offer cash on delivery payment for orders placed in Shanghai.

There is no scientific formula to the way we select our brands. Much of it is based on gut instinct - whether we get butterflies when we see the clothes; whether we relate to the designers' vision. However, all our brands must meet certain guidelines, which are:

1.) All designs must be original to the brand

2.) Quality of craftsmanship and materials used must be high and pass national standards

In particular, we love supporting local, emerging talent. Many of our brands are therefore based in China or Asia.

We guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and we source all our products directly from the brands.

How to Buy

You must first register with us before you can make a purchase. To do this, you must have a valid email address.

Once you have found an item you would like to buy, please select the size and color you would like and click on BUY NOW. To buy multiple items, you can add each one individually to your SHOPPING CART before checking out.

If you like an item but you're not sure whether you want to buy it, you can add it to your WISHLIST to view later. You can also share products with your friends by clicking on the Weibo, RenRen or Kaixin icons below the item's image in the product detail page.
